All orders are fully trackable, insured, and sent palletized by our approved courier partner.

You will be sent an SMS and or Email once your delivery has been scheduled which contains an ETA on your delivery and your tracking link. Please note this ETA is an estimate only and may be subject to change.

If you any queries about your delivery please contact the appointed courier in the first instance.

Please make sure all of the information is entered correctly when you place your order. Any details entered incorrectly may result in additional charges payable by the receipt of the goods.

It is your responsibility to be available to receive your delivery when it arrives.

Any extra charges due to futile delivery attempts, or redirects to different addresses other than those given at the time of ordering may incur extra charges payable by you the receiver.

All orders are, where possible, dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Thursday. Within 48 hours Friday to Sunday.
