We live north of Abilene and we have lots of rocks in our pasture . The paddock blade has worked wonders at picking up the rocks, however we need to not let it get too full as then it is impossible to empty by hand . We pull it with our kubota .
Hey Katharina! The Paddock Blade loves rocks and eats them for breakfast as you've found out! Finding that sweet spot between collection and dumping takes a little bit of time, once you get it right you'll be saving a bunch of time effort and energy! Kubota's are a great machine and is a favourtite for out Texan friends!
I just finished my first go round on 3 out of my 4 pastures. It seemed to work like a charm. We've had crazy rain the last couple of weeks so today was the first day I could go out. It got the majority. And anything that was too wet was distributed evenly and will now water in as we continue to get our heavy winter rains in the PNW.
I highly recommend this product. I also really appreciated being able to connect with a live person on the phone and by text messaging to answer my questions before I made my purchase.

Weāve had our paddock blade for a month now and itās been an incredible tool! It makes cleaning and maintaining our fields extremely easy and almost effortless. Easy to hook up to any piece of small equipment, easy to drag around, easy to dump, easy to store. Hands down, one of the BEST tool additions to the farm. My sonās first āofficial choreā! We got our paddock blade delivered yesterday evening and just had to try it! A couple passes through the pasture and it was all cleaned up! My 5yr old said he wants this to be his job and there is no argument from us! This morning he was up at 6am, dressed, and said he was ready for his job!!!

I have a huge mud lot off my barn the horses like to poop down the sides. It use to take hours to shovel and rake. Now I run the blade around once a week, two laps and it is clean.

Iām skeptical of anything I buy, but this really works! We are in central GA so after we cleared land have lots of rocks and sticks. I got about 6 loads and the pasture looks amazing!

I was really trying to justify this purchase, knowing my ground is very uneven, and after speaking with one of the owners of the company, I decided to give it a try! I cannot say enough about the Paddock Blade! I can load it up with hay and drag it to my feed room (same with bags of feed), itās super easy to drag empty by hand to move it wherever I want, and whatever manure doesnāt get pick up, it breaks it up and spreads it (I have VERY uneven ground). Just a side noteā¦after finding out the other competitor online is made in China and a cheap rip off version I decided to buy a US made product from the company that invented this. Great customer service and support. Great product! Fly population is way down. Compost pile huge! Intensive laborā¦.almost zero! WIN!
The Paddock Blade is a game changer for paddock maintenance & management. It is Feb and I just used my PB for the first time on footing that is partially frozen lumps from hoof prints with frozen manure, and hay waste accumulation. This is the scene after the snow melts and usually has to wait until thaw to even begin to clean, which takes weeks! The Paddock Blade picked up the frozen manure, hay scraps, and leveled the footing. I'm excited to continue to use the PB, each time I use it the footing gets better. I have rocks, roots, and unlevel terrain, it handles it like a champ! It will pull up large rocks so be aware so to go fill in the holes. Also best if you have a ground level manure pile, or ability to dump into a dumpster at ground level. I'm pulling mine with an ATV, the speed plays a role as well, and took a little experimenting, 8-10mph worked perfectly for me. I'm a big fan of the Paddock Blade and highly recommend!
