  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancellations is 24 hours from the date on which you placed your order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your the decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email using the address email.

We will refund You no later than 7 days from the day on which we received your request for cancellation.

We will refund you to the same method of payment originally used when placing your order. Any fee's from payment processors or credit card companies will be deducted from your refund amount in compliance with local county and states laws

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • You have sent us clear and detailed photos of the goods from every angle including the underside and the serial tag prior to repackaging. As well as photos from all angles once the goods have been repackaged. These photos must be sent via email to hello@paddockblade.com
  • The Goods are packaged safely and securely being cling wrapped and strapped on a clean robust pallet
  • The Goods are fit and safe for transport
  • The Goods are in working order with no damage
  • The Goods have been cleaned thoroughly removing any animal manure or any other foreign objects
  • The goods have a freight label clearly, visibly and securely attached to the product.
  • A signed manifest document by the courier driver who picks the product up is photographed and emailed to us at hello@paddockblade.com.au

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that have been customized, altered or modified in anyway
  • Good that have been damaged by You or anyone You have allowed to use the Product

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You are welcome to arrange your own freight if you wish to do so please let us know prior to us arranging it.

All returns that are not due to manufacturing defects are subject to a $100 restocking fee.

We will refund You no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the goods back to us.

We will refund you to the same method of payment originally used when placing your order. Any fee's from payment processors or credit card companies will be deducted from your refund amount in compliance with local county and states laws

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods and proof of received return delivery.

We are unable to issue a refund without having received the above mentioned photos of the goods prior to being return shipped to us.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
